This class is for folks seeking to reclaim their bodies after years of neglect, exhaustion, pain, illness, and other body limitations. Based in and inspired by folkloric and popular dance across the African Diaspora, Dance for Body Liberation uses accessible, repetitive combinations of stillness, quickness, intentional, and free movement. This class will leave you feeling grounded, empowered, energized, connected, and overjoyed! Bring your yoga mat or borrow one from the library.
